The Time To Climb (2012, 32p)

My second published in print children's book. It took me a little bit over 3 months to complete 32 pages of illustrations plus cover. What is it about? Joel puts it very neat:

The book tells of much more than treasure; 
It's risk and adventure and stuff you can't measure.

The author, Joel Hilchey, is an educator, leadership expert and the founder of The Beanstalk Project. He speaks at events across North America, creating social change by juggling, storytelling and playing with mousetraps. It was great experience collaborating with him on this project. "The cow that could say moo - and the cat that didn´t want to mew"

What a mess on the farm, when the cow cannot say moo and the kittie doesn´t wanna meow... And what then when the cow whinnies and the kittie barks? The other animals become frustrated... and demand on teaching these two troublemakers a „right“
way to sound. But do we really need to do what others expect of us?

My first work for hire experience. Book is written by wonderful Icelandic author Huginn Thor Grétarsson. It's not his first one!
